IIFL Finance allots NCDs aggregating Rs 250 cr As on : 20-Dec-24 12:56
IIFL Finance has allotted 25,000 Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) namely Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures - Series D28 of Face Value of Rs 1,00,000 each, for cash at par, aggregating to Rs 250 crore on Private Placement Basis on 20 December 2024.
